Welcome to

Joe Egan Books

As far back as I can remember, I always wanted to be a writer. Growing up I wrote stories about stuffed animals, created a student newspaper for my fellow third graders, and forged a lifelong bond between a trinity of the hands, pen, and paper. Personal themes of addiction and Catholicism saturate the nature of my books. I will not apologize for this. Furthermore, any interpretation of a book of mine is just fine; there is no right or wrong way. Thanks for reading, and welcome to Joe Egan Books. Shoot me an email at joe@joeeganbooks.com to initiate a discussion, regardless of any reservations or criticisms you may have. I’m an open book.

Joe was born in 1991 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and currently lives in the North Star State with his wife and daughter. He is the author of Losing Lee, a mystery, released in September 2023, and two children’s books, Kate is Late and Jude is Rude. He is set to release a thriller, Run to the Rio, in May 2024. He is an obsessive golfer. No, really. Click on the “Blog” section above. It’s wholly dedicated to the sport.
